Grass Valley. Just north of us through the Nevada County pines. Grass Valley properties tend to run bigger, and we see a lot of interest there in barns, animal shelters and workshop space rather than a simple garden shed.

Rocklin. Down the hill on I-80, where newer neighborhoods come with tidy yards and not much storage. A backyard shed or a small workshop building is usually the cheapest square footage you will ever add to a Rocklin property.
